It's between a plate and the center tap of the Output xfmr, silly!

But that IS B+!


Just nitpicking here (I'm feeling ornery today), but once in a blue
moon, the OPT-CT isn't the first item in the DC supply ladder. Think
about a tweed Super with its choke-input power supply. the CT will be a
volt or two lower than the potential at the first filter cap.
