blah blah blah... Einstein farts dust.  Was I referring to Einstein,
or to the mass of Believers, or was I only addressing Deists?
My assertion is that there is a human compulsion to believe
in a First Cause... this is because we are cause-finding machines.
Doesn't mean there is a First Cause, though... there just might
not be.  

Einstein also observed a human compulsion to reject the existence
of a First Cause. The Great Deist said

"I have repeatedly said that in my opinion the idea of a personal
God is a childlike one, but I do not share the crusading spirit of the
professional atheist whose fervor is mostly due to a painful act of
liberation from the fetters of religious indoctrination received in

Talk to me about the Uncaused Cause, Will.

Go ahead and apply your inductive and deductive powers to
Einstein's observations and your own, as best you can. But if you
lose the attitude you may come to more unbiased conclusions.
