Sounds like the ads the "less than reputable" car lots run. They offer
a killer sounding deal on a new car, but the fine print at the bottom of
the screen is so small, no one could possibly read it! And, in that
print, they basically say that almost no one will qualify for the deal,
though you are welcome to try.
I hate companies like that!
I studied advertising (a little) back in college. Back then, a few
rules still existed regarding what you could claim in an ad, etc. There
had to be at least *some* truth to the claim.
Now days, it seems all you have to do is put a disclaimer in and you can
say most anything you want....
Crazy....
