I think you're pissed because Rich called you a cloner. But I just looked at your site. That fake Marshall speaks for itself. Why fake the cab? Why not build your own name?

Serious question: Can you really hear the difference with vintage NOS Mullard caps, vs. Mallory 150 or even better quality new production? I mean, if you recorded the amp with the cap swap, would a player with a decent ear REALLY be able to pick the one with the expensive caps?

I do recall a discussion I had with him many years ago to the effect that changing the cheap ceramic caps in a Peavey Classic 30 for Spragues would not be noticeable to most players, so I don't think he is in the "orange drops are better" camp, I've never heard him advocate that kind of mod. ...
