Changed PA tubes, but my boogie is still dead!?

The other day I fired up my Boogie Studio .22+ and when I plugged in I
found my volume had all but dissapeared (I could faintly hear my
guitar if I ran the volume up around 7-8 in both channels.) Assuming
I needed new power tubes I went out shopping for a nice pair of EL84s,
got them home, swapped the tubes, flicked the power switch, got all
emotionally geared up for some face-melting high voltage rock and.....
NOTHING. There was absolutely no improvement.
So now I'm really at a loss. If it's not the power tubes that are
shot, where do I look next? Pre-amp tubes? I know little about tube
amps and obviously need a pro to look at the thing, but I din't want
to walk into a shop without any clue as to what might be out of
order. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any advice?
Thanks!
Steve
