Hello, all!
I am "downsizing" in preparation for a move, and so I have a beautiful
Tek RM545B available for free pickup. Are there any TekScopers in the
Denver, Colorado area? The unit is sufficiently heavy that I am
reluctant to ship it anywhere...
This 'scope is fully operational and in near-mint condition, with a
1A2
plug-in and manuals. It may be seen in a photograph on my Web site:

If you want to use it on a bench or on a cart, I have a desktop
cabinet
for it.

Does the vertical position affect the trigger? This
is a common 'feature' of tube scopes...

group that repair and maintain old scopes and this was on todays
digest...They do all the digital stuff also as well as homemade fixes
for "unrepairable" stuff.I think some of them do scope repair or used
to work for Tek..
As for me, they are helping me get aquainted with my "new"scope
and get ready to use it for amp testing and repair. I am waiting for
the signal generator and hi voltage probe to get here now and then I
am going to start out "testing " the 66 Champ...so I don't think the
working amp repair crowd has anything to worry about from me for a
long while...haha ... but I do enjoy this tube stuff and even follow
the transistor stuff unless it gets to involved... I see SS amps as
premade cabinets to convert into tube amps..lol And seeking help in
other places reduced the "load" on AGA...
