From what i have seen and experienced, most amps have an effects loop.Every amp that i have owned has had one, yet i have never used it.
None of my amps have effects loops.
What are the benefits of using it with my pedals?
You can put time based effects in effects loops, and then the effect

i think i'd put distortions & overdrives before hte preamp, but for chorus

Phase 90 before wah, before amp is killer, man.
