A Valve junior in particular.. how bad is it for the amp to be left powered
on, volume low?
I've only had it a few months, but I'm a major ADD case and often take off
forgetting to reach over there and flip the switch.. I was just wondering
if, being class A, being on at all is as hard on components as actually
playing..
Thanks for the replies all, I shouldn't really call it a "chain", as it's
only going through a Digitech RP250 (which is complicated enough in itself
to be a problem), to the Valve jnior head, to a marshal AVT412 cab.. the
amp is on top of my little electronic stack at arms legth from the recliner
here..so the ventalation should be fine..
I just have everything routed behind and under all sorts of stuff here..a
little hard to get to in my current condition..
hell, between the PC, monitor stand, monitor, HT reciever, guitar, pedal,
amp,cab..lol.. probably 4G's worth of electronic cancer causing goodness
stuffed into 4x6ft in the corner here;) great to have everything within
reach, but what a mess to work on :( so many wires, so little room..
.
