Well if by all tube you meant preamp + power amp, then yes. (I don't
know what the hell all-tube means except this)

What tubes do you suggest I choose when the time comes to change them?
It's 2- EL34 for poweramp and 3- 12AX7 for preamp.
Also do I need a rebias, my sources says yes. I'm pretty sure there is
a auto-match circuit in that amp so I don't need matched pairs... I
think?

How are you going to rebias an amp that has a self biasing circuit?
That's one of the Traynor's selling features, not that it is all that
unusual. Rebiasing isn't required.
