I recently put a set of Carvin Vintage 10 - 65 watt speakers in my 67
Super to compare them to what I currently had in it. When I took them
out the same day I noticed one of the dust covers was pushed in, or
collapsed.

The collapse is pretty even except for an area of about an inch long on
the side of he cone that is lifted up.

I got these used, thrown into the deal with the amp, I thought I looked
at all of the speakers before I put them into the amp and I don't
remember damaging it.

Can a cone collapse like this from use?

No, that's pretty much impossible. It would have to have been punched in
beforehand, or during installation.
