admitted that Cohen was a crook - what more was he supposed to do?

Notify the authorities that there had been misappropriation of funds at a
maximum, at a minimum, admit that he had known the truth for the better part
of a year rather than LIE. If you are going to put yourself out there as the
"Truth Detector" shouldn't you be somebody who tells the truth?

Franken was an employee of Air America and he cooperated in every way
to fix the problems that Air America created, which is why he signed
the settlement.

That may well be true as well.

There were more problems than just the Gloria Wise
Club in that settlement but yet you always seem to focus on that.


What other problems that there were in the Agreement has ZERO bearing on the
fact that when Franken stated that he had just been informed, he lied. He
was fully informed the year before, and Franken had to sign to that fact.
