6L6GC 'Winged C' made in the old Svetlana shop, St. Petersburg,Russia excellent. 


I'm guessing NOS then? (Sorry if that's obvious).


Modern packaged "Svetlana", not. Name-rights purchase issue. Do a little homework. Good luck. 

Essentially a rebranded cheapie then?
