I'd expect a well designed LF speaker with a decent excursion
ability and a low enough free air resonance (FAR) i.e. a 10"
hifi woofer would, but it's not going to get a very pleasing guitar
tone.

An EVM10 or a Force10 might do what you describe ...
but nothing will be optimal without being tuned.

Once in the cabinet the Fs numbers will only be useful
for plugging into TS calculations if you know the volume.
