Which is quite true, given
that actions he ordered
have killed more innocents
than Al Qaeda has ever
managed. Oh, I get it --
if the explosives are in a
"smart bomb" dropped from
an F-16 or a DU round fired
from an M1-A1, that's not
terrorism, that's
"collateral damage" -- they
have to be in a homicidal
maniac's vest or packed
into a stolen minivan to
count as terrorism, eh?

That is also quite possibly
true, although I suspect
the inexplicably inept
response was based on the
stupid assumption that the
planes were taken in garden
variety hijacking attempts.
There are too many holes in
the timeline of that
response to ignore -- I
personally refrain from
the above conclusion, but
there is a credible school
of thought regarding FDR's
lackluster defensive
posture in 1941 Hawaii that
suggests a similar scenario
-- i.e. an existing
determination to go to war
and the need to whip up
political support based on
a "dastardly" attack -- and
I wouldn't put it past this
adminstration either.

A very questionable
conviction, btw -- but,
having been a witness in
a criminal trial in a
federal court, I can
tell you that U.S.
attorneys tend to get
jury trial convictions
at a very high rate and
that that rate has very
little to to with the
merits of their cases.
Alleged involvement in
sufficiently notorious
stuff -- the case in
which I testified
involved toxic waste
which, like radical
Islam, is a big button-
pusher among jurors --
tends to bring
convictions regardless
of how weak the
evidence may be.

This is all irrelevant ad
hominem nonsense. Who
cares what her views on
these other issues are?
The only thing she wants
from the president and
the only reason Camp
Casey exists is to get
that one single answer
from the president. I
don't care if Cindy
Sheehan is an anarchist,
a vegetarian, or even a
Scientologist -- she and
the country should have
that answer!
