Iirc, the memo was literally
passed around on Air Force
One -- but that doesn't
matter. According to the
briefing booklet given to
everyone who signs an SF 312
non-disclosure agreement,
they are responsible to find
out whether information is
classified before passing it
one to anyone who doesn't
have sufficient clearance.
"I didn't know" is no excuse
-- heck, it doesn't even
work in traffic court or
marital spats!
