Build a computer for Photoshop

Is there a site that I can find out or get a list of components for
building a computer for doing a lot of Photoshop work on and using it
for a lot of multi tasking and spreadsheet work.
I prefer an ASUS motherboard and I don't need a monitor or a keyboard
and a mouse.
I need advice on what motherboard and chipset?
I will get two Seagate 1.5 TB Sata hard drives.
I down know what audio and video cards to get?
I assume I need 2GB of 1066 RAM.
2 DVD LG Burners
700 Watt Power Supply
I would like to find a tower case that is 25.5 inches high or a little
less.
I can build it or get it built locally and I can buy the parts.
Maybe someone here can answer my above questions or give my some
suggestions I would appreciate that very much. Thanks
