CS4 download ?

I was hoping I could download the trial version and use our license key but
apparently they are not yet allowing trial downloads. Can anyone confirm
this? You cannot download CS4? If you have a link please advise.

For now we are stuck. A client bought business/volume license for CS4 but
apparently forgot to order the ability to download the product or but the
media, CD/DVD. We were told either way it is $23. Yes, that is $23 just to
download the product. That is what Volume license orders have to pay. The
order went through and they sent us an email with instructions on how to
login to adobe.com register the license and get the key, but when we try to
download it says we didn't order the ability to download it.

Now it is a big mess and Adobe has not yet responded with a solution
through the reseller, in this case CDW.com. Since Thursday we have been
waiting for a PDF letter from Adobe which is supposed to fix everything but
the reseller still says to just wait.
