who I happened to meet.
I seems my preferences file had become corrupted, so I deleted all my custom
preferences. From the help file.
Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS)
as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings.
