Re: need help on pic

Sorry Katwoman if I caused you to lose that income for your upgrade.
But, my focus is not on earning money but on learning to use this
program as efficiently as possible, ergo, that's why I read everything
you write with such enthusiasm, you always have good suggestions and
input. I am a newbie in digital things but do have an extensive film
background an am still amazed at how easy it is to do things that
literally took hours in the darkroom. I well understand this person
wanted a freebee.. that's why I knew no one here would help her and
would probably flame her pretty good.. so for me it was just practice...

Scott, you must be getting cynical, not a nice way to treat new people
who are at least trying to use this forum.. so Back Attcha!
Hunt, you are probably right, I will not be posting a bunch of helpful
articles in the future.. I am a newbie and learning and you all know
sooo much more than I.. and I respect your input also.. it has been very
helpful to me..

Just for you guys I opened a "photobucket" account so you could see the
original pic she wanted done.
http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e76/grannysdc/untitledOriginal.jpg
and the one that I posted for her
http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e76/grannysdc/didfersomeoneelse.jpg
I hope this resolves this situation and there will be no more flames..

BTW she sent a reply to me
"XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Thank u so much great i love it. I tried doing it but
couldn't. I need to take classes on photoshop.. I want to print it out
in a 16x20 and frame it as a gift .
thanks again janet"
No Money enclosed though.. and she might be looking for a way to print a
16X20, but I figure Scott can help her with that..

K enough said.. I will crawl back into my shell now.

I have this pic that i want the person in black and white . and i
need the
date taken off and the foot onleft upper corner out too . Plus i want
the
towel where her head is laying on in its colors and help with taking
out
the white part ( shorts] out and blend in the color green of the
towel.
i will send the original pic from rapidshare and if u can send
back to
me . I'll be forever greatful.. :};}

link for file
[SNIP probable SPAM link]
1. link does not show any image just rapid share homepage
2. this is a group to share knowledge of how to use PS YOURSELF
3. grateful Oh that will help me buy a new upgrade of PS won't it? I
don't
work for free, how much are you willing to pay to fix your (most
likely)
horrid photo?
have to agree with Scott here..............

Just a guesss Katwoman, but I'd suspect that with two posts from nyms
not
before seen in this NG, with the same link (in effect), that this is a
sales
ploy for "RapidLoad." Now, if "grannysdc" posts a bunch of helpful
articles in
the future, I'll eat my words. Until then... well, I doubt that there
will be
a "then."
