Hi there.
You have been ripped off, and it seems like it was done in quite a
calculated way.
The Logo is your copyright until you agree to let it be used.
I doubt if it would be advisable to get involved with the real rip-off
merchants - Lawers - in order to recover what may well be a fairly small
sum.
You could send sufficient copies of the corres, to establish your ownership,
to his Website Host, and ask them to desist from infringing your copyright.
It might not work, but it could cause him some problems, and let you feel a
bit better.
