Highlight the action set in the action palette.
Hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift (PC).
Click the arrow on the palette to get the fly-out menu.
Click on save actions.
The action set will be saved as a text file with all the parameters
listed.

It is sometimes simpler to create a new set with just the specific
action you are interested in as it lists the whole set information in a
single text file
