Ed, I'm not a MAC person, so this might not apply at all, but in the M$ OSs,
the font must be installed, before applications, like PS, AI, etc. can use
them. In those other (evil?) OSs, just residing on the system, do not
constitute their being loaded by the OS. Hope that a MAC person will see my
response and correct me, thus, hopefully helping you.
For educational purposes, how does one "load" fonts on a MAC? Is it basically
(though I'll bet easier) the same as on PC?
