Working with the USFS on this Year's Gathering

In the interest of keeping the non-facebook crowd in the loop, there is an opportunity to connect up with Scott J. McCormick, this years ICT commander; the resource lead Stephen Weaver, (a fire person from Atlanta); and the Health and Safety officer Ranger Bob.

Efforts are under way to connect up folks out scouting with the resource folks. However, other discussions could happen if that's what people think is beneficial.

The message from these USFS folks is they want to know if we need anything now. If anyone is interested in some sort of contact now would be a good time for us to set it up. If you respond to this newsgroup or to me personally, I'll make sure you're in the loop. Or if you prefer, hope over to facebook (http://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/RainbowGathering2012/) where the discussion is taking place.

Much love,

Karin
