Twofaces is a sad case. He feels justified in having killed a child,
‘because it was war, and those things happen in war.’ Then out of the
other side of his mouth he says Vietnam wasn’t a war because Congress
never declared the War in Vietnam. Then out of the third side of his
mouth he says I don’t know anything about Our Constitution even though
I, and everyone else who has filed the Plaint I wrote so far, have a
Case pending in the US Court of Federal Claims [No. 11-777C (Judge
Wolski)] that demands the War on Terrorism be declared
unconstitutional because it, just like the Vietnam War, was never
declared by Congress. Makes me wonder how many sides Twofaces mouth
has…
The Framers of the US Constitution put the power to declare war in
Congress alone because they didn’t want such power in the hands of the
president, and they said just exactly that in “The Federalist”
essays. That King George III conscripted Colonists to fight his wars
was one of the equitable plaints lodged against him in the Declaration
of Independence. Voluntary conscription is one thing, but involuntary
conscription is just slavery by another name. Conscription is next in
the War on Terrorism, and will no doubt be justified by the pretext of
“necessity.” The War on Terrorism is about to move its main focus to
Iran in case you haven’t noticed.
Occupy the courts with US Mail! Go viral like a chain-letter! Wage
Peace! Speak truth to power by sending 3 copies of the Plaint I
authored to the United States Court of Federal Claims, 717 Madison
Place, NW, Washington, DC 20005 and by passing a few copies out to
friends and strangers who want to stop the war so they can do the
same. It will only take 2-3 million ‘We the People’ types, each
spending $2-3 for postage and copies, to fill the clerk’s office with
copies wall to wall and floor to ceiling… I think most everyone who
really has an interest in Peace has $2-3 and the time it will take to
spare, and I’ll gladly send anyone that asks a copy of the Plaint via
email free of charge.
For a hard copy of the Plaint send an SASE to: Sanity Clause RE
[Rascal Emeritus] 3346 Eminence Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63114 along with
10¢ cash (silver coin of US Mint preferred but not demanded) to cover
my copy costs. {+ I’m saving for a pony.}
Sign the Plaint yourself or not at your unbridled discretion. It is
already signed “Vox Populi” [Voice of the People] and the Court will
have no reason to doubt it is hearing the Voice of the People when its
mail piles up! Enjoy your rights of free speech and freedom of the
press (copy shop) in the pursuit of Peace.

where can i look at an e-copy of it, sanity?
It isn't up on my web page yet. Send me your email privately and I'll
attach a copy in response.
you don't need to save for a pony. if we elect vermin supreme
president, he'll give you one.
Crunching the numbers, Vermin doesn't stand a chance for at least
another 12 years, and I don't wanna wait that long.
i'm feeling real vindicated for all the bad choices i've supposedly
made in my life that i, who was born with so much talent, should be
such an utter failure, when i see my peers and elders walking their
talk, boldly, proudly and firmly focused on maintaining the posture
and demeanor of righteous rainbow warriors. keep fighting the good
fight, bro.
i'm counting on you for some good citations on what i just posted.
there was a sleazy deal that went down without public hearing or
advance notification. they played on the commitment of the rich kids
and seasoned hands like myself to keep it orderly and said, party's
over and with a minimum of fuss and stubborn patriots, the party was
over. until monday morning when we light up vasquez and sleeman vs.
city of austin, et al with a whole mess of new motions.
happy day
