So the permit has been signed before the gathering ???

The Ocala permit is like the caretaker at the Overlook Hotel  .....

Jack Torrance: You WERE the caretaker here, Mr. Grady.
Delbert Grady: No sir, YOU are the caretaker. You've always been the
caretaker. I ought to know: I've always been here.

It seems the Ocala Permit has always been here ...LOL!

Tookie, this one's for you (you being a 12 year old troll who never
been to a gathering, who uses his mommy's computer to annoy the grown-
ups, [You start out with a Hundred Dollars and then every time you do
sumthin' wrong ... that's twenty-five cents, and that's twenty-five
cents, and that's twenty-five cents,]
"Herrrrrre's JOOOOOHHHNNNNNNNNNYYY!!!!!

What does the above message have to do with you signing a permit,
without consense's of the circle.........
And yes indeed you stated that you did a sign the permit.......

But there was consensus, you are the one who is changing that fact, or
trying to...!

As for the other references they were designed to make Bodhi smile,
which I bet he is ... I'll bet Bodhi even know what I'm saying to and
about you ... ask him :)- Hide quoted text -

There was also a family consensus at the 1981 washington gathering
of family not to sign any more permits for gatherings
thereafter........

And to my knowledge that consensus still stands as of today.......- Hide quoted text -

There seems to be, IMO, a misunderstanding of the force and effect of
a “consensus”, whether “on the Land” or off. Rainbow council (or
counsel, whutevahhh…) is societal, not governmental, and a consensus
is not equal to a city ordinance. Rainbow councils are ad hoc
discussion groups and usually made up of total strangers, NOT
legislative bodies empowered to enact laws! “Consensus” means
everyone in the council circle consented, or at least didn’t dissent
strongly enough to block, and while I’ve yet to hear a consensus I
disagreed with I have yet to hear one that dictated to my reason
either.

The consensus of an individual tribe in attendance has more force and
effect, but only where that tribe is camped.

Hypocrites like Scarecrow have every right to make asses and social
pariahs of themselves by claiming consensus matters to them and then
signing Permits without bothering to ask for a consensus… I’ve wasted
enough time trying to reason with him, but knock your-self out.
