I'm in my 60s living in Peru for those very reasons. When I first
visited Peru 10 years ago virtually every Peruvian I met asked me to
help them get to the USA now no one does. I am very glad that my grand
children are Peruvian and will grow up in a growing vital society and
not in the USA where they would be crushed by the inevitable collapse
of that society.
