I'm not saying someinstances weren't as bad as WW2, but by ratio?  I
think your analysis is out of proportion.

a little, but not much, unless you're trying to say that most of our
soldiers are 'righteous' and most of the germans and japanese
weren't. certainly there hasn't been anything of the magnitude of
bataan, but some of what i'm seeing definitely stands with malmady
and there certainly isn't anything righteous about either war getting
fought now.. we can only hope that most of our personnel aren't
committing atrocious acts but some of what's getting reported is
pretty hideous.
