rights not to mention the disrespect they show for their fellow
citizens in the process.

As public servants it is their sworn duty to uphold constitutionally
guaranteed rights, but they have shown a proclivity towards wheedling,
pleading “necessity,” and have otherwise shown bad faith in their
efforts to ilicitly convert rights into privileges under license/
permit … Conspiracy Against Rights  is a felony, but the rule of law
doesn’t apply to the oligarchy.  No sir, those people are not my
“fellow citizens.”

Does that mean they’re not Rainbow either?

All non violent people are welcome hOMe.  OTOH guns are not welcome in
church.  I have no standing to judge who is and who isn't "Rainbow"
for anyone else, but one LEO I saw last year walking around with his
paintball gun and a sadistic grin on his face didn't look at all
rainbow to me.

Conspiracy Against Rights  is a felony.

Yeah, but bringing them to justice ain’t going to be easy and let’s
not forget they too are innocent until proven guilty.

The presumption of innocence is what the minds of jurors are supposed
to hold while both sides of the issue are presented to them at trial,
so that they can be open to hear both sides of the case objectively
before deliberating; but guilt is NOT something the plaintiff (civil
jurisdiction) or prosecutor (criminal jurisdiction) should have any
doubt about.

When, as now, the con’s-piracy against rights is pandemic, the
Constitution is seen as “just a piece of paper” [Dubya] and the public
are seen as no more than serfs/slaves; “¿Quis custodiet ipsos
custodies? [Who shall guard the guards themselves?] – Juvenal.

Constitutions are written as prescriptions for governments, not as
descriptions of them.  The paintball fracas at Kiddy Village and the
illegal wars now going on ‘evince a design to reduce the populace of
the Earth to absolute servitude’ [Jefferson, paraphrased] under an
oligarchy.  I stand on one side of the issue of ‘guilt versus
innocence’ defending my rights and I have no doubt my rights to
peaceably assemble and pray are under assault.  I am ‘prosecuting’ the
defense of my rights peaceably…

It doesn’t seem likely to me that those who become leo’s for the FS
have it in mind that they’re going to be trampling on the rights of
citizens to peaceable assembly going in.  I think more along the line
of poaching, pot farms and well serious misuse of the national forest
is probably what comes to mind when thinking of who they’re likely to
be dealing with in an official capacity.  I can’t say if any have quit
or at least transferred out as a result of having realized that isn’t
something they signed up for, but I wouldn’t be the least surprised if
there have been.  I can understand your position though when it comes
to those calling the shots and perhaps the guy you saw with that
“sadistic grin on his face”.

     Chuck

I too am all for unlimited slack for those who quit or transfer out
when they realize they are unwitting parties to something they didn’t
sign on for.

I met some NM State Troopers last year.  One was a real Nazi Storm
Trooper wannabe, but I thought his boss was a true public servant and
a halluva nice guy!

General Colin Powel jumped off of Dubya’s ship of state when he
realized he’d been played.   :^)   I am disappointed he wasn’t more
vocal and activist about it, but then he does have his family to
consider…

That's what I'm talking about... family, and like that.

Yup.
