I remember the area near the first PA site was nice, and with all of the
rain recently is probably being considered along with other parts of the
state.
Just because the Spring Council is being held on or near the second PA site
doesn't mean it will necessarily be in that area.
I can't provide an honest or educated opinion either way since I don't know
where the scouts have been looking nor the condition of the ground they have
walked.
I am sure everything will be 'hashed-out' and recommend folks just sit back
and wait to see/hear what comes out of council before playing the
'nay-saying' game.

That's about half way to where it "could" be for me- was it even
