Objectives

Know: antigen, overall properties of the immune system, allergen;
major fluid systems of the body; hematopoiesis occurs in stem cells of
the bone; erythrocytes, leukocytes, and thrombocytes; types of white
blood cells; lymphoid system and lymph nodes; mucosal immunity and
types of surface barriers to infection; normal flora; phagocytes,
