They weren't barred - their first amendment rights were up held.

You're right, the original injunction barring the Nazi parade was
lifted; and your'e dead wrong, the First Amendment does not preserve
the right to incite a riot. That whole case was a red herring, pure
smoke and mirrors. The Nazis never intended to parade their swastikas
through that town. No way!
