OK, so this friend of mine that I have known since 1984 went through
some hard times....
Lie number one - you have no friends. Actually the title of your post
is even a lie as it tries to make a case that *I* even knew the
story. The only thing I was contacted about was you once again posing
as a sort of legal expert, something folks on this group are well
acquainted with. Oh.. I forgot that you have that certification in
Colorado, the state that requires no such certification. ROFLMAO!!!
she was living in Somerville in 1999 with her then
*** Boring details snipped ***
I don't care about her story... I was only emailed regarding you and I
gave my honest opinion as always.
At which time one of the roommates, Paul Mudgett, willingly and
knowingly loaned her $800.... why ??
Maybe he loaned it out of the goodness of his heart, like Kevin
Milliways loaned you money that you have yet to pay back. Deadbeats
of a feather flock together too, it seems.
he will not answer that question.....
Nor is he obligated to answer it for you. What does it matter
legally? He loaned it, she never paid it back. It seems pretty clear-
cut to me.
And he was not nice about contacting her.... in fact threatened her
with legal action, threatened to damage her vehicle, threatened to
(and actually did) contact her employer, and threatened to (and
actually did) contact all of her friends (and co-workers) on Face
Book.
You should know about threats... you've been doing it here for
years. Afraid you have competition in the threat department? It's
said we most despise others who we see ourselves in.
Why ?? all over $800 he knowingly and willingly loaned her 10 years
ago.
Does a "willing" loan absolve the recipient from obligation?
Apparently you think so since you still haven't paid Kevin the money
back that he "willingly" loaned you.
Are any loans unwilling? That would be theft as I see it.
So, she came to me as one of her oldest and dearest friends and asked
for my advice.
Word has it that you represented yourself in a legal capacity and that
you were throwing around your fake paralegal certification. We all
got a good chuckle here about that. Thanks for being the tool that
you are!
My advice: do not pay him one thin dime
I'm sure, since you have shown that you do not honour your debts.
and contact her local DA and Ploice.... and .
Yep... the rat approach, which you have shown to be a big fan of.
Well, she did exactly that.... as did I.
Of course you did... even though this did not involve you, your rodent
heritage prevented you from doing anything but sniffing out the cops
like the rat you are.
Now you cry because this person has targeted you... funny. We
chuckle again.
He then started harassing me and threatening me... as many have found
out this is not a route to take with me.
But for comedy value, it is definitely the route to take. We look
forward to reading the drama unfold. Thank you in advance.
What Paul Mudgett did not know was just how connected I really am.
Delusion of grandeur noted. Lest we forget, it was not long ago you
were living in a stolen tent, leeching electricity from a house with a
"borrowed" power cord and shitting in buckets. Yea, you sound really
connected to me!
He threatened to contact my employer, my landlord, and people on my
MySpace page.... which he never did.
I guess he is a better man than you are...
If Paul Mudgett wants he money he will have to file a civil case in
court.... period, end of story.
BUT, when a judge is handed the emails he has sent to this woman and
myself over the past month I doubt he will get anything.
Why not? He is still owed that money. Does his behavior absolve her
of her debt?
Apples and oranges...
Had Paul Mudgett actually approached the situation a little better....
hell, a lot better, he would have his money right now and this would
all be over.
How one approaches the situation doesn't matter. A person owes a
debt, they should pay that debt. I guess you feel that paying off
your debts is contingent on the behaviour of the person loaning the
money. This is typical with deadbeats and people who choose not to
take responsibility.. they can always find a reason to not pay their
debts. It's never their fault but always the other person's. Sorry,
your "friend" should have handled the situation better also. It
sounds to me like both parties haven't gone about this in the right
way.
Here is how he should have approached it:
Hey Now,
How's it going ?? have not seen you in some time and wanted to know if
everything was alright with you ?? was wanting also to touch base on
that $800 I loaned you and was wondering if we could somehow get
together and work on a payment schedule.
But alas, this is not how he went about it.
This is a gem... a lesson from Bill O'Leary on how to play nice. Good
lord.. thanks for that chuckle. I'll forward this to Kevin so maybe
he can email you and get back the money you've owed him for years.
I'm sure he can put aside your threats to kill his wife. You know..
the one you referred to as "the bitch".
So, there you have it.... If push comes to shove as people know I am
not opposed to posting his emails here.
Yes, we know you aren't either. We are relying on it, along with your
careful editing of them. It seems to me he has opted to not bring
this to the forum. I never said anything other than mention that I
was emailed about you, however I knew you would bite. I won a bet in
saying it would be within day before you responded by showing yourself
on AGR. Thanks for helping me win that bet!
BTW, I have been on the side for awhile.... work and family has me too
busy for the bullshit here.
Sure, yet you magically appear on the newsgroup with nothing more than
the mere mention of the words Preacha Bill. Beetlejuice!
bhodi:
if creacha's dead, i'm still SUING the shit out of him. and notifying
satan
that creacha's a stalker.
