They have told me not to worry as they have no intentions of taking
any actions based on having read this thread.... thanks for helping me

BTW, they also said that they will be sending this evidence to the

straighten out the problems
thet the TX ULPC and Salem MA PD have had locating him.





as usual, william o'leary is lying, as well as contradicting earlier
statements, however:

1/ the APD case is not active anymore. i could go over the detective's
head, but it's 1500 miles away, and the money would better be spent on
the civil case. texas law makes the offenses a misdemeanor anyway.
i can file elsewhere.

2/ according to william o'leary, he is still employed at telenetwork
partners of austin and frontier communications
corporation of CT. this is accurate as best as i can tell. those
companies will have to explain this to their customers. they seem
pretty concerned, but even a manhattan lawyer who serves as frontier's
general counsel
just sent me a verifiably bogus notarized letter.

i'm filing a regulatory complaint on monday.

in the meantime, i believe.o'leary still has his job. that is the
explaination that best fits the evidence, and i believe it. i will
therefore publicize their bad personel descision to their ISP
customers.

3/ two new criminal complaints will be filed by the end of the week. i
have dual residency. in state XX there's tougher laws. (stay tuned!)

and the TX ULPC complaint is the strongest of the five.

i have not contacted o'leary directly since the third week of
november, except the two 10 second phone calls i made on dec 5 when he
paged me to a number i did not recognize.
