Good advice.   For those who don't like to read a whole  bunch of
other stuff about  this and that, here is the 09 op plan (according to

"There will be some people gathering on some land in the National
Forest. They are pretty much going to gather and do what they do.

There will be some Forest Service Employees, LEO's and various on duty
Officers of the Law policing the area, burning up a budget and doing
what they do.

On or about the 5th of July people will start moving on down the road
to other pastures.

There will be pounds of paperwork pushed around to justify the large
waste of taxpayers dollars on "Commanding an Incident"

There will be vows made to do a better job next year by both parties."
