I’m curious as to how you might obtain justice if the “murderous” are
not convicted of any crime.

Convictions for crimes presupposes trials, and people like Dubya are
above the law.

It would appear that you must be content
to allow the present authorities to carry out their sworn duty to
bring them to justice.

You are mistaken; I am not content with people who sware to do one
thing, like uphold the law, and then do the opposite. JAMES 5:12 So,
do you expect the Invisible Man in the Sky to enforce the oaths?

In any event a conviction must be obtained
either by the gavel or by a confession of heart.

A person, I'm talking about you or me frinstance here, either sees
truth as flowing from authority or they see that authority that is not
founded upon truth as no good. Take your pick. When I see murders
happening, like frinstance the slaughter for profit the Gummint
euphemistically deems "collateral damage" (sounds better), I don't
need any biased official/priest to tell me there is proof. Please.
'manifesta probatione non indigent' = Things manifest require no
proof.

 But what if they are
unwilling to surrender either to God or the gov?  Would you favor a
shoot-out?

Do you favor letting them continue?
"Government, like dress, is the badge of lost innocence; the palaces
of kings are built on the ruins of the bowers of paradise. For were
the impulses of conscience clear, uniform, and irresistibly obeyed,
man would need no other lawgiver; but that not being the case, he
finds it necessary to surrender up a part of his property to furnish
means for the protection of the rest; and this he is induced to do by
the same prudence which in every other case advises him out of two
evils to choose the least." - Common Sense

After all those in pursuit of an arrest would certainly be
carrying out their sworn duty and that might require an act of
violence.  At some point (it would seem) without letting God govern
there would need to be some form of justified homicide.  Again I can’t
help but wonder what your prescription (for justice) might be when you
don’t seem to favor either the oligarch or God’s governance.

You offer only two choices, oligarcy or theocratic oligarchy, neither
of which is "government of the people by the people and for the
people"; and both of which keep your hands out of it...
