The irony is that the rich won't feel this personally.
Sure, their bank accounts will shrivel, but their
quality of life will stay the same cause they got
more than they can spend anyway.

The people that will hurt will be the poor and middle class.


People keep saying that, but how so?

I don't buy it. If you're going to convince me, show me one concrete
thing that will happen if stocks on Wall Street plunge? Don't
tell me you believe the the trickle down theory?

I don't believe prosperity trickles down,
but do believe misery trickles down.

Everything in society depends on obtaining credit.
Businesses borrow in order to produce products.
Essentially, businesses will eventually shut down
if the credit is paralyzed. No products, no paychecks, no jobs.

In the great depression there was 25% unemployment.
My grandmother got rickets cause she gave all food to her kids.
Working people from all walks of life became wandering bums looking for work.
That is what could happen.
