The Afghans always made and smoked hash. The 'plant' was only for
making Bhangh, a milk like drink with spices and nuts all mashed
together and squose through cheese cloth. So "enlightening" that
folks tended to float.
They considered smoking or even smelling the flowers a medical
hazard, (they were cautious of smelling plants in general, bugs were a
definite worry).
By now I'm sure they must make much'o oil. (transport and shelf-
life)
