Heya!,

No offense taken ;) There are plenty of stupid people everywhere. As
to Mike's head council, I have been on the phone several times today
confirming and verifying - seems my name was used on one occassion by
Mike to "validate" that the gathering was being move, nothing could be
further from the truth. At any rate, the gathering at Rippee Access is
a GO and there are currently folks on site setting up with the
intention of having a perfectly kind gathering for folks to enjoy.

Janis, thanks for taking the time to type your own thoughts as well as
doing the yoga for Logan, it's always good to have backup expecially
when tasks are difficult. I know the two of you didnt have the best
experience here in Missouri and it is little wonder what with the
living situation you had to endure. Congrates on getting your drivers
license and also for the quality time you and Logan are sharing
together.

Actually Steve it was my CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant's license.
Thanks for the Congrats. I hope everyone there can have an AGRO free
Gathering in MO. And you're right, our experience in MO wasn't the
best and we'll never do it again. But, just because I don't like
living in MO doesn't mean that it's not the right place for other
people. Who am I to tell a person where to live there life. Just
because I can't find happiness there, or a good income doesn't mean
that it's that way for everyone.

It was hard to find work there. Logan tried and was told by one
interviewer that he was too OVER qualified and that no one around
there would hire him because they'd be affraid that he'd take their
jobs. Me, I am making almost 3x's more working as a CNA here than I
did there. The residents at that nursing home paid $4000 a month to
live there and they can't even pay their skilled, licensed help more
than $6.50 and hour. Even an LPN there was only making $12. Anywhere
else in the country an LPN just out of school can make about $25. It
just wasn't working for us. Now we've both got good jobs (well, I'm
pretty sure I will after my interview) and we're doing well. If you
found a way in MO to make it work, then I am happy that you're happy.
It just wasn't the right place for us.

Janis
