I am willing to deal with people's faults, we all have quirks and none
of us are perfect. True, Mike has some great skills and all but dam,
the family in this area has suffered enough lately with all the site
change bull*** and now he comes off with this move because the
Rainbow Family got there first crap which only serves to confuse the
tranvelling family. Hell the dam gathering doesnt even start for a few
more days. People in these parts have been voicing concern for a while
now and lately Mike's name has been right smack dab in the middle of
the conversation. Mike, folks need to pull this crap together so the
family can have a solid good gathering in these parts without being
confused on what's happening.

at council was convened again on the phone (they call them conference
phone
calls) with the same people who sat in council last year and they were
told
about what the rainbows were doing, and decided to move the gathering,
wasn't a one person thing like you would like to make it. those folks
who
reguraly attended do not want to attend rainbow gatherings for their
own
reasons, don't like what they do, well thats too bad for you. you can
come
to ours and raise hell in a peaceful setting you could be shanta
senaed just
like anyone else has been before and asked to leave, don't believe

ask rootdigger. we don't allow violence of any sort. so complain and

the reason i didn't say some folks as those that attended the agott
gathering are the folks who are moving not just some folks and newbies

play game. i know every attendie that goes to the gathering of the
tribes,
and have emailed and or talked to them on the phone,(did you notice

didn't get an email on it?) i called you to let ya know we moved so i
could
get it on your personal website, which didn't happen till after i
complained
you had me blocked. the only people i haven't talked to is newbies and
visitors, who have not attended or just come for an hour or two, and
since
they do not attend the gathering have no real say in what happens
there. no
one else(that was something changed in council as well), you want a
voice,
ya have to attend it. so thats you lieing again, as not one of them
said
what you said. armchair heroes, day visitors, and folks who do not
want to
come and stay with us for more than a few hours have no voice in what
happens to those who spend their whole week or atleast some nights

this is one of the biggest problems i have seen in ozark rainbow,
people
want a say and then speak and then never go and stay at the gatherings
at
all. thats why folks are fed up with the crap. this last council had
folks
who stay at the gathering all except one, and i never spoke just
listened
in. same thing for missouri rainbow, a few talk a big walk and then do
not
attend the gatehring, hence no one was there on opening day and as
folks did
come in later in the week still no one there.you want to see the
biggest
problems look in the mirror and you'll find it. that goes for all who
do not
attend any gathering, including the national, i stood behind rob when
he
said he can't make changes to what council said or did, he doesn't
have that
right, just like i couldn't make changes to site directions on the
lightline
for the same reasons you want a voice in what happens then attend the
gathering and stay.

our council last year made sweeping changes for the gathering, now i
am
not going to sit here and go through all of them, IF you attended them
and
sat in that circle you would have known what is happening, there is
only one
council to be had at "a gathering of the tribes"(one change of many),
no
other councils were found to be needed. so you go over to that other
site
rippee, you can council your heart away all you like,just liek an
armchair
rainbow, but it won't effect 'a gathering of the tribes' at all as it
is not
our council we have for the gathering(remember its not a rainbow
gathering),
you can complain all day long, threaten anything you like but it won't
change what the folks who attend want or do. come over and try to
school me
or what ever you think you can get away with, i will laugh when ya
leave, as
i imagine the others will too! some have laughed already!.

you want to keep your site active then i think you need to start by
letting
folks do what they will or completely do it your self, once you start
stopping folks on your site like you did, it will come back at ya big
time.

Mike, I think your attitude and actions this year speak volumes about
your intentions. YOUR gathering is listed along with other gatherings
as is your posts and whatever else you sent in, gathering is not a
compitition but you sure have tried to make it that this year.

Go to Noblett Lake, have fun .... you might not enjoy yourself where
the people are this year anyway because there are plenty of folks
pissed off at you for what you have done to the Ozark Regional
Gatherings and I would expect that you would be counselled and
schooled should ya show up anyway, I know there are several folks
ready to give you an ear full when you do make it to circle.
