What IS the Ausman petition?

No, it's not the title of the latest Robert Ludlum novel, tho it's
just as convoluted and incomprehensible.
The Ausman petition is a compromise presented at the DNC Rhythm and
Blues ... er ... Rules and Bylaws Committee in Florida today by the
Obama folks.

It's fun watching on C-SPAN the Florida Democratic Party trying to put
Humpty Dumpty back together.
Sort of like watching the movie RECOUNT with the Democrats fighting
each other.
