ALL Gummint employees are supposed to be under the same “entity,”
namely: the US Constitution. The problem is in the perception
promulgated by the Gummint and perpetuated by the media that
gatherings are “held on federal lands” as if to say it ain’t public
property. Well it IS public property and the public cannot trespass
on its own land. Neither can stewards of those lands, nor other
public servants [LEOs], lawfully deny the public the enjoyment of its
property.
NOTE: To be a lawful licenser [issue permits to do something] one must
have authority to prohibit the act the license/permit allows.

If someone will please tell me how to distinguish a “rainbow” from
other humans I might be persuaded to change my mind, but as of yet no
one has.
“rainbow” = “human,” as far as I know. Tell me if you think I’m
wrong, but tell me why.
