The Supreme Court that appointed G.Dubya Bush to the presidency was
established by Congress Sept. 24th, 1789, yet the US Constitution
TWICE expressly limits the authority of Congress to the establishment
of "inferior courts." What up with that?

What is up with these facts is the fact that the US is ruled by a
cabal of political sophists and has never been a government of the
people by the people and for the people.
"president" is a de facto euphemism for king;
"senate" is a de facto euphemism for house of lords;
"house of representatives" is a de facto euphemism for house of
commons; and,
"Supreme Court" is a de facto euphemism for the Cabal of politically
appointed sophists who rule the Nation via ad hoc policies which trump
legislation, and ELECTIONS.
Al Gore NEVER had authority to grant jurisdiction to the US Supreme
Court to decide the winner of the 2000 election, as Antonin Scalia
claims, because of the simple fact that valid elections are determined
by a valid counting of the ballots not quasi judicial edict... [leaves
me thinking Al Gore is as dirty as the rest of ‘em]
