Heya!,

Mountain Creek is currently being looked at as a new location for the
Community Peace Festivals. The resort is along the Niangua River and
is relitively close to the Bird Island site. The folks at Mountain
Creek are in the process of building us a stage that will have
electricity as well as other design ideas to help accomidate our sound
system. We have bought some new gear for the 2008 concert season.
April will be an oppertunity for us all to get together, camp, swim,
play and test the new sound system. The stage will be open for anyone
who wants to showcase their talent and we are also booking talent for
June if you would like to be included. More details will be announced

Earth Day Celebration

We have been in conversation with the folks out at Mountain Creek
Resort and there are plans to do a (FREE) Earth Day Celebration
Campout in April (18th - 20th, 2008) This family focused campout
celebration will include a saturday night drum circle, potluck food,
open stage and an oppertunity to commune with nature.
