It doesn't give you your score, even if you sign up.

Of course it does. You click on "modify my personal information",
there are 3 buttons - one button named "TAKE THE INTELLIGENCE TEST",
one button named "TAKE "THE DEXTERITY TEST", and one button named
"TAKE THE MORALITY TEST".

If you click on "TAKE THE MORALITY TEST" from there, your score will
be calculated, and added to your profile. Of course - you can take the
test several times to improve your score, or choose to not store the
data, if you are disappointed with your score.
