The operative word there is *was*. I'm guessing you've heard about the
links between the NRMT and the bush administration. Now that marty has
let the cat out of the bag there's no longer any use denying it. Well
after one secret NRMT meeting in the white house I had a bit of
insomnia so I got up out of my bed in the Lincoln bedroom and took a
bit of a stroll. Who would I meet but Vladimir Putin, also having
trouble sleeping. Over a snack of beluga caviar washed down with a bit
of Staraya Moskva vodka I told Vlad, as he likes to be called by his
friends, about the rainbow gatherings. Well he was enthralled, seems
the communistic underpinnings of the gathering appealed to him. Now he
may have been a little drunk, but he put his arm around me and said,
"The gathering is the key. We will hurry you!" I said, " Calm down
Vlad, there's no rush" He wondered if the next international could be
in his home town of Leningrad. He mumbled some drunken gibberish about
training operatives to slop around (or was it slip into?) the national
and something about sleeper cells. I of course told him there were no
cells, most brought tents, tarps or slept near a fire. To make a long
story short, NRMT is like so last year. I've left the team to become
the secret leader of the IRMT. (International Rainbow Management Team)
Damn, Thistle, now you've gone and done it. Vlad will be very upset, as
will George. We *told* you not to tell! This is going to set our plans

Me??? I'm just an ignorant troll. No one would have believed me. But
people trust you. What a pickle you've gotten me into now. No matter
how often I try to deny it no one will believe that I didn't have a
secret meeting with Putin in the Lincoln bedroom now that you've
verified it.
Earlier implementation could have gone really smoothly, but no, you just
had to go and brag about the Lincoln bedroom! By the way, I thought the
mattress was a bit soft, didn't you?
Who can remember the bed? All I remember is you were soft in all the
right places and firm in the others. But did the bed in the Garfield
bedroom is so lumpy its hard to even sit on. No wonder Vlad couldn't
sleep.
