I wasn't there and don't know 'for sure' what went on, but I have noted
'o'er the years that the fellow does seem to claim a folks he has issues

I'm 'old school' and my Pop taught me how to use a lee-loader long before I
'hit-the-road.' I believe that thieves, trespassers, and, on occasion, stray
dogs need only be warned once, perhaps twice before being ''educated;'
rocksalt and bacon rind does have its uses. Again, I wasn't there and don't
have personal experience of the mentioned circumstances, but, if I told
someone they weren't welcome on my property, leased or not, they would have
no doubt I would enforce my will, whether they called the cops or not ...
I am originally from Texas, and back in the day, I had a neighbor called
into court by a trespasser after he had been salted. The magistrate tossed
the suit out of court after hearing the fellow admit his 'education' had
come after he had been warned off and still came on my pal's property
uninvited and after dark. I got 'salted' myself once, and only once, for
being in a farmer's field where I had no business. I got no pity from my
pals and after thinking about it, I realized I deserved none. I don't
believe most folks are aware they are often protected by the law, especially
when protecting their homes and property, even if it is leased rather than
being owned. Folks who are 'squatting,' (and I have squatted abandoned
buildings myself, both alone and with others over the years), need to be
aware of just how far they can press the local laws. Perhaps Bill figured he
has pushed his luck as far as he could.

i don't understand what 'case' he could possible have against
woodstock at this point, now that he has left the property any
squatting pending eviction is moot. it appears at the most maybe some
small claims issues, nothing criminal, so i don't see what can be
hoped for from flooding the DA with 'evidence' other than to make
oneself look the loon.

also, what 'junkie' fool shoots coke anyways,... and could afford the
habit by selling flowers. i'd believe woodie slept naked with a dog
(also naked) before i'd buy that sad half-assed attempt at slander,
bill.
