[There would be nothing more I'd want then for him to just yake the
money and run. He's right near the border of the adjacent property,
but he tresspasses at night and sneaks around. We're just waiting to
see him. And no, although I admit he is basically entertainment, I do
not enjoy the drama. Right now I'm coming down with something and so
won't be dealing with much of anything the next coupla days. -w-]

Easy enough ...
Just arrange for both you and your neighbor to
contact the authorities and mention that you have
someone not only camping uninvited on your
property, but also trespassing and playing peeker
at night around the property at night.
