Logan have ya ever read a special use permit??? I was asked by USFS
one year to sign one. After reading it I then handed it back to the
USFS (at Jackson Hole) an said I was not qualified to sign such a
permit because I do not have the finances to cover the (possible)
costs of such. An further more I am only one person an I can not an
will not speak for the masses. Including many folks that I have never
laid eyes on. I then headed back to Bridger Teaton NF an had a hoot.

Well then why don't you see that Summer Breeze is speaking for
