Chuck, stealing from the public and foisting these wars is not
justified by anything in law or equity. It os criminal behaviour no
matter what spin the criminals try to put on it. The polls show that
70+% of "We, the People" are victims and are not willfully aiding or
abetting. If there had been a way to oust Dubya/Chenney and their
Cabal last year they'd be GONE! Please, stop blaming the victims for
their innability to control the oligarchy.

Hold up here... I'm not blaming anyone for the actions of the admin.
but the admin. But as I pointed out once before, the congress in
guilty of complicity and the only check left is the Citizen. It is
our responsibilty that is lacking and I feel like a kid with his
finger caught in the dam and NO ONE gives a shit. People are going to
have to face this responsibilty sooner or later and the longer it is
put off the HARDER it is going to be. That's why I said in another
thread that I see NO POINT in protesting the gov. they're not going to
do anything. But the People have the POWER to do something and
refuse. I PROTEST the People. I spent 10 days in Jail for placing a
Judge under Citizen's Arrest and I'd gladly do it again if I thought
for 1 second it would wake-up the Nation. I'm not afraid of losing my
creature comforts, there are those who are losing a whole hell of alot
more. And if these people you speak of actually wanted this war to
end, they must realize they can't have it both ways. To do so is to
allow oneself to be held for ransom. It will be the children who
eventually pay this ransom. OUR PUBLIC DEBT. Quit trying to take
them (us) off the hook.

Maybe if I put it another way: Neither I nor any other citizen/
resident of this or any other country owes anything that was taken
under false pretences. I repudiate the so-called National Debt as
"Not worth a Continental" with King George III's Continental debt
instruments as the precident applicable to the instant Case. The
assertion that Congress was empowered to burden me with debt, by
people that died over a century before I was born, is facially and
patently absurd. Quit trying to say I'm on a hook. If you insist you
are under this alleged Public Debt Contract, when and where did you
SIGN, and did-ja keep a copy I can see? Huh? Don't point at the US
Constitution neither you nor I ratified, please. I need to see some
Note, Bill, Check, Draft or other debt instrument as defined by the
UCC [Uniform Commercial Code] with your name on it, please.
NOTE: The UCC prohibits the loan of Credit and stipulates that payment
in fiat currency leaves an element of the debt unsettled until
something of intrinsic value is had for the currency (quid pro quo NOT
quid pro credo).

The hook isn't the debt so much as it is the complicity. I happen to
agree with you that this debt isn't mine, No, I haven't signed off on
it. But as you point out the continued printing of our present
currency dwindles the buying power and I'm being robbed as a result
and the greatest present reason for this is a war I didn't sign off on
either. This because "We the People" aren't stepping up to the task
at hand and reigning in on those who are responsible which places the
onus on us. They (our employees) will continue to do so in the belief
that "We" will continue to allow it. Again too, all the while to
insure their ability to do so our rights (the very tools we will need
to stop it) are being eroded, dismantled and removed as each and
everyone of us claims "its not my job", or better yet, "what can one
person do?" Two thirds of the Citizenry claiming this; is an
embarrassment to me. "Do something even if its wrong" comes to mind.
