a number of years ago,
an ozark counsel consensed that the spelling of such a gathering
would be "counsel" (to give advice) as opposed to "council",
which might imply some sort of organized group.
the purpose was to further affirm the rainbow family tradition
that there are no individuals that lead the family.

The word to council means to tell someone "how"...such as going to a
"counseling" session

The Council trip was one of the things that ORB and the Peace
Conspiracy changed in "their" quest to "own" the Rainbow...as no man
can. ( That was brought up in the article
on the Peace Conspiracy Veto...like taking Welcome Home...and changing
it to Welcome Here...and changing the name of the Ride Share
Trip...taking one's ideas and moving them around a bit...as if they
were one's own. See here on this post...they say "this is the original
ride" site...but it is Peace Conspiracy...and not the original Ride

If you search the computer you will not find "it" being called
"counsel"...

hey were copying OZ Kidz...I guess if you are going to copy some body
the Rainbow family would be a good choice...or the way it use to be.
It is too bad there is so much organization in such a simple phamily
as the Rainbow...there are no rules to follow. The Natural will happy.
